Mallards

A year ago, I posted that we were regularly visited by a pair of Mallard ducks.  She Who Must Be Obeyed had been feeding them the previous year and she was delighted that they had come back to her after the winter.  If you read the previous post http://trevorsummons.blogspot.com/2012/06/ducks-update.html  you'll see that unfortuntely "our" pair had been quacking off at the local watering hole about their treatment here and others had joined in.  S.W.M.B.O. is spending a lot of time - and money - feeding them and it's come as no surprise to me that their numbers are increasing.  I'm thinking of having the seed delivered in bulk!
