During our partying at the Raiders game, UC Davis' marching band turned up very early too. They were booked to perform at halftime, but not to let the occasion pass, they entertained the crowds with some good old Yankee rousing music. It was quite an ad hoc show and they were great.
I've never been a great fan of brass bands, but school marching bands have a totally different sound to that of the Black Dike Hills Band and also the Grenadier Guards!
