This week my column was wrested away from me by Frankie - the senior of the two Poodles who share our lives. The article is about the West Inn and Suites down in Carlsbad, a dog friendly hotel. We had been there before to write about the hotel and restaurants, but this time we stayed and checked out the overnight facilities.
