For those of you not living in California, it may come as a surprise that deep in the heart of the high desert we have a museum devoted entirely to the banana. Yes, the entire thing is the dream and center of one man's existence. Ken Bannister on the left latched on to some sticky little banana paper patches before going to a conference and found they set him aside. Naturally, being an entrepreneurial sort of fellow, he carried on the use of these and having moved to Hesperia in the high desert he realized he had enough banana things to open up a museum.
It's quite small, which is something of a relief, as how much time do you really want to spend on this?
