Some friends recently visited the Highland Springs Resort in Cherry Valley, and recommended it to me. I went down and spent some time with Tina Kummerle the President of the place. It's a very nice place to get away from the urban rush. It's 2,400 acres of great farmland with olives, rosemary and lavender growing. They also have a flock of sheep guarded by llamas.
